Know Your Roots
Know Your Roots is a hands-on workshop series rooted in the history and legacy of Black farmers. Through agriculture, storytelling, and interactive learning, participants explore the connection between food, land, culture, and community while gaining practical growing skills and a deeper understanding of the relationship between agriculture, identity, self-sufficiency, and resiliency.
The harvest table
The Harvest Table is a hands-on workshop experience that introduces participants to the importance of growing food through interactive learning, planting activities, and fresh food experiences. Designed to connect people back to the land and the food they eat, the workshop encourages a deeper understanding of nutrition, sustainability, and the value of growing and sharing fresh food within our communities.
